SwitchBot Launches A Smart Home Assistant
SwitchBot has launched kata AI Assistant, an LLM-powered smart home assistant integrated into the SwitchBot app. Kata enables users to control devices, create automations, set up products, and troubleshoot issues through natural voice or text conversations. It understands device status and user intent, can manage multiple devices with one command, assists with installation via OCR, and provides guided support using manuals and FAQs.
