After modest growth in 2024, Smart Home sales are softer early in 2025, declining -2% through April compared to a year ago. While the industry continues to struggle to convert more households into owners, macro economic headwinds including high credit card debt, declining consumer wealth and uncertainty related to trade have impacted consumer confidence and spending.
